Paid To Read ( PTRd ) is almost the same with PTC too. The difference is : In PTC, We get paid when CLICK ADS. In PTRd, We get paid when We READ EMAIL & CLICK ADS in the email. So, In PTC We do 1 “Active Action” that is click ads & PTRd needs 2 “Active Action” that is read email and click ads.
In my opinion, PTC is good for people that have enough time to browse the website just to click the ads. But PTRd is good for the people that only have a little time & that time is more valuable used to just click the email without have to search it first.
